Kimberly has managed and marketed some of the world's finest residences. She started her hospitality career in the cruise industry, serving as an Activities Director while circumnavigating the globe twice. Her travels eventually led her to Seattle, where for many years she worked for both the Paul Allen and Bill Gates families, managing multiple residences and overseeing staff, operations and special events. She subsequently served leading figures and families in the social media, business and entertainment industries in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
Kimberly's experience in this highly demanding environment led her to form Darlington & Associates in 2005, providing consulting services relating to staffing, management and marketing services to estate owners worldwide, in locations as diverse and challenging as Deer Valley, Puerto Vallarta, British Columbia and Tuscany.
Nicholas Lerek
Nicholas has provided project management and owner's representative services and developed and marketed real estate for over two decades. He helps owners succeed by understanding the unique characteristics of every property and then creating strategies to be effective in the complex dynamic between the people, the personalities and the politics.
Nicholas started his career as a film producer, working with an Academy Award winning writer/director where he provided financial, production and marketing services, as well as distribution and event management, reaching audiences in the tens of millions worldwide. He combines these talents with his analytical and management skills to tackle the most complex and demanding projects for owners of properties worldwide.
