KIMBERLY DARLINGTON

Kimberly has managed and marketed some of the world's finest residences. She started her hospitality career in the cruise industry, serving as an Activities Director while circumnavigating the globe twice. Her travels eventually led her to Seattle, where for many years she worked for both the Paul Allen and Bill Gates families, managing multiple residences and overseeing staff, operations and special events. She subsequently served leading figures in both the business and entertainment industries in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.

Kimberly's experience in this highly demanding environment led her to form Darlington & Associates in 2005, providing consulting services relating to staffing, management and marketing services to estate owners worldwide, in locations as diverse and challenging as Deer Valley, Puerto Vallarta, British Columbia and Tuscany.

NICHOLAS LEREK

Nicholas has provided project management services and developed and marketed luxury real estate for over two decades. He also understands the value of a compelling presentation and how to create dynamic marketing campaigns, utilizing the latest technology and distribution channels.

Nicholas started his career as a film producer, working with an Academy Award winning writer/director where he provided financial, production and marketing services, as well as distribution and event management, reaching audiences in the tens of millions worldwide. He combines these talents with his analytical and management skills to tackle the most complex and demanding projects for owners of properties worldwide.

JOHN OBLANAS

John has spent many years in the architectural and estate management professions, working on both commercial and residential projects. This led him to be part of the architectural, construction and technology teams that were created by Bill Gates to design and build his residence in the Seattle area.

As construction was ending, John transitioned over to become the Estate Manager for the Gates family, overseeing all operational and functional aspects of the estate. Later, his responsibilities increased to include multiple residences in multiple states and growth in staff of facilities personnel, technology experts, other estate managers, and various support staff.

He now consults with owners, architects, designers and estate managers worldwide on best practices and problem solving.
